Alright I am not afraid to admit that I have absolutely no artistic talent. Even my stick figures look very disfigured. Most people expect me to be good just because they expect a lot from me but I'm sorry to have disappointed those people because I SUCK.
So when I discovered we were creating original Adobe Photoshop images, I definitely panicked. Digital images usually heavily rely on artistic talents. Sure, you could fake it and use all the fancy tools Adobe has to offer to disguise your lack of talent but in truth, the talent of art is needed to create something appealing to the eye.
Anyways, I decided I needed to still try my best so I spent five hours (procrastinating and what not) on an image that describes the effects of city lighting, pollution, and what technology has done to disguise the natural lighting of the moon.
I'm going to start creating a new image soon. Shehnila's vector image is really great and I've always loved vector because you don't have to worry about pixels and what they will look like when they get resized. I might consider vector but it will definitely be a challenge. Anyways, if you have any ideas, please let me know.
